Company and trade name: SLUW is the trade name used by Aftercores (sole proprietorship). Aftercores is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 92119921. References to SLUW in this document refer to Aftercores trading as SLUW.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made by Aftercores (sole proprietorship), trading as SLUW. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Article 1 - Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Vendor: Aftercores (sole proprietorship), trading as SLUW, the seller offering products to consumers at a distance.
2. Customer: A private individual who places an order for personal use and not for business purposes.
3. Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded through one or more forms of distance communication, without physical presence.
4. Products: Upcycled and handmade fashion items offered by SLUW, including caps.
5. Right of Withdrawal: The customer’s right to cancel an agreement within the cooling off period.
6. Cooling off Period: The legal period of 14 days during which the right of withdrawal may be exercised.

Article 3 - Applicability

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and all distance agreements between SLUW and the customer.
2. The Terms and Conditions are made available to the customer before the agreement is concluded.

Article 4 - The Offer

1. All product descriptions are clear and accurate.
2. Because the products are handmade and upcycled, every item is unique. The delivered product may differ slightly from photos shown online.
3. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind SLUW.
4. All prices include VAT and are clearly stated.

Article 5 - The Agreement

1. The agreement is concluded once the customer accepts the offer and completes the order.
2. SLUW confirms the order electronically without delay.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Exclusion of Statutory Right of Withdrawal
   All products are unique, handmade and or upcycled items. In accordance with Article 6:230p(f)(1) of the Dutch Civil Code, these products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Goodwill Return Policy
   A return request may be submitted within 14 days of receipt only if:
   1. The product arrived damaged or defective.
   2. The product clearly differs from the description or product photos.
3. All goodwill returns are assessed at the sole discretion of SLUW.

Article 7 - Return Conditions and Costs

1. Return requests must be sent by email to info@sluwofficial.com within 14 days of receipt, including the order number, reason, and photos.
2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.
3. Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and exclude original shipping costs.

Article 8 - Delivery

1. SLUW handles orders with the greatest possible care.
2. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
3. Estimated delivery times:
   • The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
   • Belgium: 2 to 3 business days
   • Worldwide: 5 to 10 business days
4. Delivery times are indicative and do not give the right to compensation.

Article 9 - Payment

1. Payments can be made using iDEAL or WERO, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, and Apple Pay.
2. All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

Article 10 - Warranty and Product Conformity

1. Products comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
2. Normal wear and natural characteristics of reused materials are excluded from warranty.

Article 11 - Complaints

1. Complaints must be submitted clearly and within a reasonable time after discovery.
2. SLUW responds to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Article 12 - Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
