To make purchases on Sluw Official you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Product information

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How to order:

  1. From the product page, select the desired color and size of the product.
  2. Add the product to your Shopping Cart.
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your Shopping
  4. Enter your information, email and your shipping address.
  5. Select a payment method.
  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Place order”

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

Shipping

We do not have control over customs and are, therefore, not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

 

Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays): 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days (tracking system)
  • Express Shipping: 1-5 business days (tracking system, signature on delivery and warranty)

 

P.S: Due to COVID-19, there are extra transportation fees for some countries that may not be eligible for free shipping. You will find the shipping step in the checkout.

Please note that the Standard Shipping is without signature on delivery and warranty. It means that the parcel will be delivered to your mailbox and the non-receipt declarations are excluded from the compensation procedure (if the tracking status indicates that the parcel is delivered.) This is why you have the possibility to chose the Express Shipping which is delivered against a signature and has a warranty, which will have the effect of being able to have an appeal in the case of a dispute over delivery.

Delayed delivery occurs in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur in-road and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

Shipping methods

Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL. We do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

 

If you have not received your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please contact us. We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed more than 60 days ago. International delivery is dependent not only on PostNL (Dutch postal service) but on the timelines of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after we receive an answer to the investigation. 

 

 

Delivery Date estimates

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.

 

Processing time VS Shipping time

Please note that processing time (5-10 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Due to the important number of orders and the worldwide situation caused by the COVID-19, the processing time can take more than 5-10 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). 

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be send to you.

 

Product Appearance

The images of the products on the (desktop or mobile) website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images. the packaging of the products may vary from that is shown on the images on the (desktop or mobile) website.

 

Canceling an Order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours as your order might have already been processed. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

 

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Thus, the return and reshipping costs will be made at your own expense. If you ask a refund, return fees will be deducted form the order amount.

 

Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for lost parcels because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please note that we only deliver to home addresses, which is meant no delivery to pickup addresses, PO box or military addresses. If during your order you wrote another address that your home one and didn't receive your parcel, we are not responsible.

 

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

 

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

 

Seperate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 

  • Certain items may be on backorder 
  • Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 

 

Sale

Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items. Please be aware of a longer delivery time due to the holidays. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.

 

Processing Guidelines

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

 

Inspection 

You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected”condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please mail to support@sluwofficial.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.

  

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

 

Returns

To return items you have to fill in the Return Form!

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order,
you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date on which you received them from us.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Shipping back to us is at the customers’ own cost.
  • Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping
  • To return items you have to fill in the Return Form and add it to the returning items. 

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Sluw Official V.O.F. reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.

Return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason, we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option. 


Customised items

Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without Sluw Official tags attached, please contact Customer Service for assistance with your return.

 

Exchange and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund when the product is defect, we will offer exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully filled in. Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 working days to process your refund. For the refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
